The new entity, to be re branded IPAN Hill & Knowlton, will become a part of Hill & Knowlton’s Asia Pacific region with IPAN President Radhika Shapoorjee reporting to Hill & Knowlton Asia Pacific President & Chief Operating Officer Vivian Lines.
