Chennai Getting next Generation of Entrepreneurs through SIFE India

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, Thursday, June 25, 2009 -- (Business Wire India)

The second round of the SIFE India competitions began today with 14 teams competing with each other to decide which amongst them will represent their region in the SIFE India National Competition.

Following a tough competition with other SIFE Teams within Chennai, Alpha Arts and Science College, Anna Adarsh College for Women, Dr. MGR Janaki College of Arts and Science for Women, Loyola College, The Madras School of Social Work and Rajalakshmi Engineering College emerged as winners at Chennai Regional Competition of SIFE India across four leagues.

All the 6 teams will compete with teams from other regions for the coveted position of SIFE India National Championship on 3rd July 2009, at Mumbai.

The SIFE national event is one of the 40 SIFE National Competitions being held across the globe this year.

The Winner SIFE Team of the SIFE India National Competition, will advance to the 2009 SIFE World Cup in Berlin, Germany from 4-6 October.
