International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) and Georgia College and State University (GCSU), USA are pleased to offer three days workshop on Personal Health and Wellness from 31st August – 2nd September 2012 at IIHMR New Delhi campus

In an era filled with medical innovations and high-tech health care, it is easy to overlook the fact that much of your health still rests in your hands. We all have to live with some factors we cannot immediately control, such as our genetics or the physical environment that surrounds us. But beyond these more fixed elements, your decisions and lifestyle habits contribute significantly to your wellbeing. This workshop underscores that our actions and behavior matter. You can consciously make decisions now that greatly reduce your chances of developing health problems later. The health you choose is an essential part of creating the life you want. This workshop is designed to help participants to improve their lifestyle by developing a personalized wellness program addressing their needs and day to day work life issues. Workshop will bring best of both worlds through combination of best scientific methods adopted in west and Indian conventional practices of health and wellbeing. The main goal of personal health and wellness workshop is to assist participants in building and sustaining a culture of healthy life.

By the end of workshop, participant will be able to:

-- Create a Personalized Stress Management Plan

-- Specify the Factors That Contribute to Weight Gain

The workshop is part of wellness and fitness program offered by GCSU.
