Health Sensei recently launched a smartphone app based 24x7 live patient monitoring system for Hospital critical care units and wards. The system has been implemented in 15 Hospitals in cities including Chennai, Vellore and Hyderabad. Continuous monitoring of patients in an ICU is difficult and resource intensive. With Health Sensei, clinical teams have access to complete patient data including all waveforms and vitals to identify at-risk patients earlier and respond to critical events with conviction. During the COVID pandemic, many hospitals have found this especially useful, said Dr. Alexander Thomas, President, AHPI. Health Sensei’s continuous monitoring system helps intensive care doctors and primary consultants with early decision and intervention capacity. This can improve quality of patient monitoring and drive superior clinical outcomes.
