This unprecedented gathering was made possible through the generous sponsorship of Patel Brothers, a household name for Indian groceries in America.
The event’s authenticity resonated with many attendees, evoking memories of their hometowns in Gujarat, while local American participants, experiencing Garba on such a grand scale for the first time, appreciated its cultural significance. A highlight of the evening was the unveiling of a 500-pound brass Mataji Murti, flown in directly from India by Mr. Darshan Patel of Patel Brothers, which became the spiritual centerpiece of the celebration. The Grand Aarti, a sacred ritual performed with devotion, further captivated the audience, creating a powerful atmosphere of reverence and unity.
The event was seamlessly executed by Rajshi Events, marketed by 3Sixty Shows, and promoted nationally by Manpasand. It showcased the strength of the Indian-American community in Texas, while emphasizing Patel Brothers' key role in promoting and preserving Indian culture across America.
